Hi, I’m Alexis, therapist and founder of Birchwood Psychotherapy. I work with adults who look like they “have it all together” on the outside, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in patterns of people-pleasing and perfectionism. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based modalities including ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, tailoring therapy to the person in front of me. I believe meaningful therapy happens in a space that feels safe, steady, and genuinely connected.
